MISSION STATEMENT

Ten years ago, after years of struggle, I reached my weight loss goal. I lost more than 70 pounds -- for good. I did it without fad diets, without pills, without gimmicks. I succeeded because I finally put the focus on me, not a diet. It worked!

My successful weight loss was a learn-as-you-go experience. On the way to my goal, I had to develop insights and a variety of problem-solving solutions. And, gradually, I began to understand exactly why all my previous attempts at weight loss had failed.

 


I was determined to share my insight and experience with every frustrated, chronic dieter I could reach. The truth is, we're different.

I became a one-on-one weight loss coach, and recounted my very personal weight loss success story in my book, Getting There Staying There.

My program is based on the things about weight loss you haven't been told: critical, surprising things. Do you know what you have in common with everyone else who struggles with their weight? Do you know why diets have failed you? Are you ready for a new life?
