Donna

By sticking to her exercise program and improving her food choices,

Melissa

Jonathan
Jonathan came to see me when he was only 13. He was determined not
to spend his teenage years overweight.
Jonathan quickly learned to read labels, which helped him to make
healthier food choices. We also developed an exercise program for him that wasnt
overwhelming. He made a commitment to his personalized program and
stuck to it.
At 16 Jonathan reached his goal. He lost over 36 inches and reduced
his body fat by 18%.
Today, at 19 Jonathan looks AMAZING and says, "I will NEVER
go back!"

Irene
battled her weight since childhood. Before coming to me, she tried
countless "fast and easy diets." But she always regained
the weight she lost, and more.
We developed a home-based exercise program for her and decided that
some light resistance training -- something she could do at home
-- would be very beneficial. This, coupled with a realistic nutrition
program, helped to reshape Irenes body!
Irene made herself and good health her priority. Today, she exercises
regularly.

Samantha
was fed up with her unhealthy eating habits and was determined to
"gain control."

motivation and support that she needed. Exercise combined with new
eating habits took Samantha to her goal.

Today, she has gained control and as a result, loves how she looks
and feels.
