Donna

Donna came to my office prepared to approach weight loss in a healthy, realistic way and was committed to a slow and steady approach to achieve a long-term lifestyle change.

She had a great attitude and was dedicated. We focused on her goals, and developed a program that worked on the changes necessary to reach them.

By sticking to her exercise program and improving her food choices, Donna got fit. Today she looks and feels great!

Melissa

Melissa is organized, dedicated to exercise and has a terrific attitude. But, she wanted to find balance in the way she approached food.

Jonathan

Jonathan came to see me when he was only 13. He was determined not to spend his teenage years overweight.

Jonathan quickly learned to read labels, which helped him to make healthier food choices. We also developed an exercise program for him that wasn’t overwhelming. He made a commitment to his personalized program and stuck to it.

At 16 Jonathan reached his goal. He lost over 36 inches and reduced his body fat by 18%.

Irene

Irene battled her weight since childhood. Before coming to me, she tried countless "fast and easy diets." But she always regained the weight she lost, and more.

We developed a home-based exercise program for her and decided that some light resistance training -- something she could do at home -- would be very beneficial. This, coupled with a realistic nutrition program, helped to reshape Irene’s body!

Samantha

Samantha was fed up with her unhealthy eating habits and was determined to "gain control."

Together we developed a program that would provide her with the motivation and support that she needed. Exercise combined with new eating habits took Samantha to her goal.

Samantha reduced her body fat by 13% and lost 17.5 inches.

Today, she has gained control and as a result, loves how she looks and feels.
